Senior Case Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Senior Case Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality case management services to individuals subject to community orders.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and risk management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective supervision plans.
  • They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community corrections teams, law enforcement agencies, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid driver's licence is essential, as travel across various locations is required.
  • A Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) is also a requirement, which must be completed within 12 months of commencing employment.
