Job Description

As a detail-oriented and assertive paralegal, you will take ownership of our eviction case preparation and filings from end to end. This includes preparing legal documents such as notices, summons & complaints, declarations and exhibits, motions for default, writs of restitution, stipulations, managing legal timelines and workflows using our in-house case management system, coordinating process service with third-party providers, filing cases electronically or by mail where required, and tracking expenses and legal billings for all cases.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
    • Legal or paralegal education (JD or LLB degree preferred)
    • At least 2 years of experience in litigation support, paralegal work, or eviction processing
    • Excellent written English (legal writing and email communication)
    • Demonstrated ability to draft pleadings and assemble court-ready documents
    • Strong familiarity with U.S. legal systems or forms, especially landlord-tenant law
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning internal software tools
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
    • Experience in property management, housing, or real estate law
    • Familiarity with U.S. e-filing systems (Odyssey, WA Courts portal, etc.)
    • Experience working in a remote BPO legal team
