Job Description

As a senior client specialist, you will be responsible for managing changes to existing client accounts and moving projects through the workflow in a timely manner.

You will work directly with clients to address their needs or concerns and ensure a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing existing client project management
  2. Providing support to clients and their sales tax accountants
  3. Conducting annual sales tax nexus reviews
  4. Setting up and testing sales tax settings on platforms
  5. Offboarding clients
  6. Providing billing support
  7. Contributing to the improvement of onboarding processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales tax software and systems
  • Experience working with clients and providing customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
