We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to guide our team of Virtual Assistants.

About the Role:

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding team members to deliver exceptional client experiences across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Executive Assistants, ensuring a positive, productive, and engaging work culture. Provide resources for success and clear goals for each team member.
  • Clients Focus: Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on industry needs, regular meetings to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and maintain high standards consistently.
  • Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to improve team efficiency.
  • Talent Development: Encourage VAs to share insights, identify areas for personal and professional development, and develop initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience supporting C-level executives or leaders in large international corporations.
  • Management Skills: Strong background managing and coaching remote teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, make informed decisions, and drive business growth.
  • Adaptability: Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Availability: Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
  • Creativity: Analytical mindset with proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
