We are seeking an experienced professional to provide virtual marketing assistance for our entertainment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and virtual assistance.

  • Key responsibilities include:

  1. Support the promotion of upcoming events, including ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building.
  2. Assist with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking.
  3. Provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch targeting the USA and Europe.
  4. Build and manage funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation.
  5. GrowCount and utilize email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences.
  6. Draft and schedule email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions.
  7. Contribute to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing.
  8. Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.
  9. Coordinate marketing activities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  10. Provide general administrative assistance to ease the founder's workload.
  11. Collaborate with the social media manager as part of the marketing team.
  12. Offer strategic input by suggesting improvements and marketing ideas.
