Co-Head of Platform Dynamics Job Description

This strategic leadership contract role oversees the Dynamics platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. As a key executive, you will serve as a visible advocate for the company in the Dynamics ecosystem, enhancing presence at industry events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership and Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within budget limitations. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure skills align with industry standards and client needs.
  2. Technical and Solution Architecture: Define and guide architectural vision, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. Design and oversee tailored solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
  3. Business and Technical Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives. Develop and maintain a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements.
  4. Client Engagement and Presales Involvement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting company capabilities to build confidence. Act as a technical lead in presales activities.
  5. Championing Company Expertise Publicly: Represent the company at industry conferences and events to strengthen reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.
  6. Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay informed about the latest Dynamics updates and industry trends by attending training and conferences.
  7. Operational Excellence and Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices, quality standards, and governance for Dynamics projects.
  8. Compliance, Security, and Risk Management: Ensure Dynamics implementations adhere to regulatory and security standards, addressing data privacy and security risks.
  9. Stakeholder and Partner Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other partners to align Dynamics initiatives with organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience representing an organisation publicly.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure preferred.
Work Conditions:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to Manila for events and executive functions. The candidate will also be expected to manage irregular hours and on-call responsibilities.
