
Channel Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to join our team as a Channel Development Manager. As a key member of our Business Units, you will play a pivotal role in driving incremental sales growth through channel partners.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute in-country channel strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. You will work closely with regional direction and internal teams to align goals and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for building business plans, executing quarterly business reviews, and ensuring high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
Additionally, you will create and manage sales and marketing campaigns to drive partner engagement and increase sales performance. You will provide sales training to ensure successful product positioning and sales.
You will also be responsible for business forecasting, pipeline creation and closure, and collaborating with internal teams to launch new product updates through channels.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze market and competitor data to inform channel partner strategies.
You will negotiate and manage channel partner contracts/agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
