Customer Support Professional

As a professional in the field of customer support, you will be responsible for providing high-end legal representation to clients charged with criminal offenses.

The role involves drafting and filing legal documents, reviewing evidence, managing billing, and performing administrative tasks such as creating and sending invoices.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Document Preparation and Filing: Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court procedures.
  • Evidence Review: Analyze and organize case evidence to aid attorneys in case preparation.
  • Billing and Administrative Support: Handle billing processes, perform administrative duties, and prepare/send invoices to clients.

Candidates should possess highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native proficiency preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry is required; billing and invoicing experience is a plus.

Applicants must have their own laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and a backup connection. Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime is necessary.
