Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of the Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our Integrated Food Safety System.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial position handling Food Safety or Quality Control in a HACCP or ISO 22000 environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and verify the implementation of the Food Safety System across all divisions, including Food and Beverage, Culinary, and support functions such as Engineering, Purchasing, Cost Control, Materials Management, Occupational Health, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing.
  • Assist the Hygiene Manager in the overall implementation of the Food Safety System.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial position handling Food Safety or Quality Control in a HACCP or ISO 22000 environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or Food Technology.
  • Experience in handling food safety documentation requirements.
  • Experience in handling government and third-party audits related to Food Safety.
  • Experience in handling personnel and ability to coach and train if needed.
  • Ability to conduct training and has undergone a Training Certification program.
  • Fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to work well with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to get along well with other nationalities or team members of different backgrounds.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible and able to work on shifting schedules depending on operational requirements.
