The role of a Construction Industry Specialist entails serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their success and implementing improvements to internal systems to facilitate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management & Coaching
- Establish strong relationships with clients through regular communication via calls, texts, and video chats
- Provide expert guidance on lead follow-up strategies, closing techniques, and general business development
- Offer supportive and assertive coaching to drive client accountability and achieve results
- Operational Leadership
- Coordinate closely with clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and effective execution
- Develop, document, and enhance client systems using Go High Level CRM
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions for transparency and follow-through
- Strategic Support
- Help clients understand marketing principles and convert leads into paying customers
- Analyze performance data and provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Potentially contribute to recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency expands
- Demonstrated experience in operations management or customer success
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
- Business acumen with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
- Experience with Go High Level CRM is essential
Proficiency in Facebook ads and digital lead generation is required. Fluency in English is mandatory.
