About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage documents, statements, and invoices for company operations
  • Analyze industry trends, gather data, and prepare comprehensive reports for key stakeholders
  • Store, organize, and maintain confidential documents and files
  • Enter data into CRM systems and manage marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate team schedules, ensure timely meetings, and prevent scheduling conflicts
  • Prepare itineraries, book travel arrangements, and make necessary reservations
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle client correspondence
  • Synthesize complex data into cohesive reports and presentations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels (CEO, COO etc)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Calendar
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to be trained

Work Arrangements
