Marketing and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Professional to support our organization's efforts. This role will involve managing client relationships, maintaining our online presence, and contributing to the development of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and GoHighLevel. They will also possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient information and interactions through our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Post and manage content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging content, visuals, and materials aligned with our brand.
  • Maintain clinic website content using Squarespace.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and GoHighLevel is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to think outside the box and create engaging, visually appealing content.
  • Comfortable with various digital tools and willing to learn new systems and platforms as needed.
