Key Responsibilities

As a Receivables Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing aged receivables, invoicing, and client reporting. Your duties include:

  • Monthly invoicing
  • Managing aged receivables
  • Accounting entries
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Distributing customer invoices
  • Ensuring timely cash collection

Your primary objective is to maintain and improve our client experience.

Support During Audits

You will also provide support during audits by working closely with management.

What You Will Do

Receivables

  • Send invoices and communicate with clients to request payments
  • Manage collection efforts
  • Send statements for outstanding balances
  • Record and track payments
  • Perform account reconciliations accurately and timely
  • Interact with customers to resolve issues
  • Reconcile A/R to the G/L
  • Prepare weekly accounts receivable aging reports

Accounting

  • Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets
  • Analyze financial data
  • Evaluate current policies and suggest process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Assist in financial management and analysis
