Dynamic Sales Engagement Specialist Role

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic sales engagement specialist to be the face and voice of our product during live and virtual demos.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in performing arts, public speaking, or theater who're ready to bring their talents into the world of tech and sales.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A full-time home-based work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with weekends off.
  • A dedicated internet connection for work-from-home setup with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (DSL or FIBER) and at least one backup internet connection.
  • A quiet working environment conducive to productive work.

In return, we will provide:

  • A VoIP phone for internal and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Host engaging and dynamic product demos via Teams, Velox, or other platforms.
  2. Deliver a scripted pitch with energy, clarity, and your own personality.
  3. Handle common questions using a ready FAQ sheet, while staying composed and persuasive.
  4. Keep each presentation lively and consistent—you're 'on' even during back-to-back sessions.
  5. Track demo outcomes and customer feedback in our CRM (we'll train you).
  6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and delivery.

Qualifications

  1. An extroverted communicator who enjoys performing and telling stories.
  2. A background in acting, theater, hosting, or live presentation is highly valued.
  3. The ability to repeat the same pitch multiple times without losing your energy or voice.
  4. Comfortable being on camera and presenting to both small and large audiences.
  5. Confident, quick-thinking, and able to stay cool under pressure.
  6. Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
