Senior Risk Analyst Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR Governance team, you will be responsible for providing proactive oversight, governance, and monitoring of regulatory and internal control requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, audit, and compliance. They will be able to analyze processes and regulatory requirements, identify risks, and develop controls to mitigate these risks.

In this role, you will work closely with our Internal Audit team to provide audit and regulatory support, serving as a liaison between the HR functional areas and Internal Audit/Regulatory Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing a control testing framework to strengthen HR's internal controls and issue identification.
  • Evaluate the inherent risk and control environment of each HR function, as well as impacts of HR controls at the enterprise level.
  • Support the development of controls standards and requirements within HR accordingly.
  • Coordinating audit and regulatory inquiries, including maintenance and quality assurance of information provided for exams and audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in risk management, audit, or compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications related to the candidate's coverage responsibilities are beneficial, but not required.
  • Proficient in Excel or other data analytic tools.
