Financial Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.

  • Coordinate vendor schedules, answer calls on the phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience with financial management systems.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
