The Financial Planning Analyst supports business strategy by providing financial insights, building forecasts, and analyzing data for accurate planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Update forecasting tools and templates to support informed decision-making.
  • Reconcile financial data between systems and identify discrepancies.
  • Support the development of presentation decks for senior management.
  • Provide analytical support for special projects and business cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Power BI is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits:

  • Night shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH time), with possible flexibility.
  • PHP 50,000 starting salary or higher, based on qualifications.
  • PHP 2,200 monthly allowance + 10% night differential.
  • HMO and life insurance from Day 1 (HMO includes 3 dependents).
