Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

Overview:

This role focuses on recruiting operations, managing relationships with TA Managers and supporting various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant.
  • Work closely with TA Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations.
  • Communicate with assigned sites on show up information's on invited candidates consistently.
  • Track adherence to sourcing work flow process and provide feedback to any work process related issues and concerns.
  • Be efficient for each work flow process.
  • Keep Data information on shared drives consistently with high confidentiality.
  • Execute special projects as required.
  • Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any discipline OR at least 2nd year college diploma
  • Must be work at home capable (Internet speed is 15mbps download and upload)
  • Must have their own computer/laptop
  • Minimum Experience: at least 1 year experience in BPO or in any field.
  • Strong oral English communication skills is a must
  • Amenable to work on night shift
