The Lexus Brand & Communications Specialist plays a vital role in promoting the brand's sales, awareness, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor activities to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote Sales: Develop and implement effective sales promotions tailored to the luxury automotive segment to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Dealer Support: Prepare high-quality dealer materials, process claims efficiently, and provide exceptional support for events and showroom activities.
  • Brand Management: Oversee inventory and distribution of brand novelty items to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Referral Program: Manage and enhance the referral program to foster strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Event Organization: Organize engaging roadshows, dealer displays, and promotional activities that showcase the brand's values and personality.
  • Showroom Guidelines: Develop and update dealer showroom guidelines to maintain brand consistency and excellence throughout the customer journey.
  • Market Analysis: Track competitor promotions, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field to possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in running successful marketing/communications campaigns and organizing events to demonstrate expertise and capabilities.
  • Skills: Strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and exposure to luxury lifestyle activities/industries to bring a unique perspective and value to the role.
