Customer Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience with our software is seamless.
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. You will provide clear and concise guidance on how to use our software to meet customer needs, as well as track customer interactions in Salesforce and pass feedback and challenges to relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and concise guidance on how to use our software.
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as are attention to detail and a growth mentality. Experience building and maintaining relationships with remote customers is also a plus, as is proficiency in Intercom and Salesforce.
