Customer Service Representative – Mandarin Speaker

Job Summary:

Thomson Reuters seeks a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative who is proficient in Mandarin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or other media types as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding product support and services.

* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

* Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.

* Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing position or equivalent experience desired.

* Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Specifications:

* Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

* Work Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles.

* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent Communication Skills, Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages.

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 pm to 3:00 am CST.

* Training Period: Two (2) months of training in US hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST).

* Certifications/Awards: None specified.

* Tools/Equipment: Standard office equipment and software.
