About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE REPRESENTATIVE to join our dynamic team As a key member of our client-facing staff, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless transactions.
- Rapport Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering open communication, trust, and loyalty.
- Process Management: Utilize Netsuite system to retrieve customer information, stock status updates, and purchase order details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns as necessary.
- Additional Responsibilities: Maintain punctuality, adhere to attendance policies, protect company confidentiality, support a collaborative work environment, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong industry product knowledge and technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using Netsuite, Microsoft Windows applications, and Excel, with intermediate to advanced level proficiency desired.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Exhibit self-motivation, a sense of urgency, and effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
