Remote Account Receivable Specialist

- Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
- Following up on, collect, and allocate payments for credit card customers.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
Other aspects of the role include:
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new repayment terms.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Outlook.
- Strong Netsuite experience in functions for AR and AP process.
