Accounting Specialist

The role of an accounting specialist involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

  • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Efficiently manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external use.
  • Handle investor reporting, providing detailed financial information.
  • Utilize specialized software for property accounting tasks and data management.
  • Collaborate with a team of accountants to ensure high-quality services.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accounting specialist.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including overnight hours.
  • Proficiency with using specialized software is recommended.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
