Financial Accounting Joint Venture Lead

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounting Joint Venture Lead to oversee the financial accounting function for joint ventures, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of professionals to develop and implement financial strategies that maximize returns on investments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for joint venture operations.
  4. Implement effective internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial accounting, with a focus on joint ventures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
