Investment Manager

This position is responsible for supporting strategic investments and corporate finance initiatives by developing financial models, conducting due diligence, and identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage extensive financial models and conduct quantitative analyses on key investment targets.
  • Identify new opportunities and formulate robust investment cases and proposals.
  • Conduct due diligence and identify key flaws and upsides in potential acquisitions and strategic joint ventures.
  • Assist in both buy-side (M&A) and sell-side (Strategic JVs) transactions.
  • Work with internal teams and departments to raise debt and equity funding.
  • Assist in contract negotiations of key commercial agreements.
  • Support day-to-day requirements of lenders and JV partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CFA designation or progress toward it is a strong advantage.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
