Enterprise UX Design Lead

As a key member of our design team, you will lead the execution of complex enterprise software projects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time UX and visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX and visual design execution for roadmap features, including AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to deliver aligned designs.
  • Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies and component libraries.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI-driven design innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing enterprise tools that support HR communications or employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with generative AI design patterns and emerging AI-driven user experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end development technologies and component libraries.
