Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Game Creator and Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging game experiences that captivate players across the globe.

You will work closely with our development teams to bring your designs to life, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to provide an exceptional player experience.

Your role will involve designing games that balance creativity and precision, taking into account factors such as game mechanics, math, and player psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing Game Mechanics: You will design slot game mechanics from scratch, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.
  • Optimizing Core Game Parameters: You will define and optimize core game parameters such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility, working closely with our math and analytics teams to ensure gameplay aligns with commercial goals and regulatory standards.
  • Crafting Player Journeys: You will own the player journey, crafting intuitive UX flows and engaging UI layouts that complement the game mechanics and enhance the overall experience.
  • Maintaining Documentation: You will create and maintain comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specs, wireframes, user flows, game logic diagrams, and math model descriptions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: You should have proven experience in game or casino game design, ideally with titles that have gone to market.
  • Strong Game Math Knowledge: You should have a strong grasp of game math, including probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.
  • Solid UX/UI Understanding: You should have a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how player interaction drives retention and engagement.
  • Excellent Collaboration Skills: You should have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align creative and technical teams around a shared vision.
