Graphic Designer Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to refine and adjust AI-generated copy and visual content across various therapeutic areas.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to review, edit, and make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, ensuring brand compliance and visual impact.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and refine AI-generated copy and visual content
  • Edit and modify documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats
  • Adjust layouts, graphics, and design elements for brand compliance
  • Guide AI models on tone, style, and structure by shaping prompts and curating training examples
  • Collaborate with copywriters and product & engineering teams to improve model performance
  • Capture user feedback to continuously improve creative content generation
  • Help define creative and editorial standards balancing scientific accuracy, brand voice, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma
  • Proven experience with HTML/CSS
  • Bachelor's degree in life science, communications, design, or related field
  • Passion for language, visual storytelling, and optimizing AI-generated content
  • Interest in AI and its potential to transform content creation
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills
  • Unreal work ethic and own equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or design certification
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance and design adjustments
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be proficient in using various design tools and technologies.
