About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our technology platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the technical architecture for our AI agent platform, mentoring and guiding a small team of engineers, and collaborating with founders, product, and engineering to align architecture with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems using Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.

  • Develop automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.

  • Manage and optimize deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors.

  • Oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization.

  • Implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments, with Cloudflare for instance management.

  • Architect and secure local networks and deployment environments.

  • Contribute to enterprise-grade security discussions as the company scales to larger customers.

  • Work across multiple projects balancing optimization of existing systems with rollout of new features.

  • Use Git versioning and project management tools to ensure clean workflows, visibility, and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration.

  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API.

  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development.

  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.

  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances.

  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Deep system-level Linux development (kernel tuning, performance optimization).

  • Enterprise-grade security architecture experience.

  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks.
