Job Summary

A Store Head is primarily responsible for ensuring that store sales targets are consistently achieved. Monitoring the store's inventory and submitting timely merchandise replenishment requests are essential to maintain healthy stock levels weekly. They are expected to train and engage direct reports to hit sales targets, comply with store standard operating procedures, and evaluate staff performance, including discipline for career growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for ensuring that store sales targets are consistently achieved;
  2. Regularly supervise control measures to minimize expenses such as utilities, supplies, and the like;
  3. Supervises brand/marketing-initiated activities, store visual merchandising, and local store marketing;
  4. Submits daily store operations reports (sales, inventory, and other qualitative reports) as needed;
  5. Monitors store inventory and submits timely merchandise replenishment requests to ensure that stock levels are healthy on a weekly basis;
  6. Ensures proper execution of periodic store inventory count, accurate and timely reporting of inventory variances and losses, including proper resolution of issues and concerns;
  7. Observes daily compliance with the Nimbly checklist in the store;
  8. Monitors and quickly reports store equipment issues with needed fixtures (such as defective lights, air conditioners, problems with store signage, internet and electric connectivity, CCTV, and the like);
  9. Drives, trains, and engages direct reports to hit sales targets, comply with store standard operating procedures, and evaluate staff performance, including discipline for career growth.

Qualification

1. Educational Background: College graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

2. Work Experience: Retail selling is a plus but not required

3. Driven to sell and possess a great personality

Training/Skills Requirement

1. Proficient computer skills - MS Applications

2. Good oral and written communication skills

3. High level of leadership and team dynamics

4. Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service

5. Highly analytical and innovative in problem-solving.
