Job Summary

Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a company specializing in structured cabling and low-voltage labor services for data center builds and telecom infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have real-world experience in the telecom, structured cabling, or data center industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job deployment schedules for technicians and project leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track timelines, crew assignments, and materials across multiple jobs to optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project progression.
  • Update and maintain project dashboards with live status updates to enhance transparency.
  • Collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs for accurate invoicing.
  • Ensure job quality and adherence to client requirements by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field management in structured cabling, fiber optics, or data center infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows and U.S. business operations to navigate complex projects effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, and Google Workspace to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
