Job Title:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and office organization

  • Communication and Correspondence: Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking project progress and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) role
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and take initiative, and quick thinking and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
