Empowering Families to Access Care

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic associate to manage our family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and support best-in-class clinical training to care for others.

This role is not your typical sales or customer success position, but rather an opportunity to work with real families and empower them to take the most transformative step of their life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the family empowerment function.
  • Uplift our families by guiding them through the healthcare and training maze and being their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across various sectors to advance our mission.
  • Build a thriving community by helping coordinate meet-ups, introducing families to each other, and organizing events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, healthcare management, or social sciences.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role with proven track records of achievement.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills, ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn), proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience are essential qualities for this role.
