Order Operations Team Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role in our order operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, executing day-to-day order operations, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team to execute day-to-day order operations from receipt to delivery.
  • Providing customer support for pre-order activities, including setup, SOPs, and order readiness.
  • Developing sustainable processes and systems, focusing on efficiency and scalability as new commercial customers are onboarded.
  • Creating and managing order operations SOPs specific to different sales channels and customers.
  • Maintaining strong data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, fulfillment, management, and invoicing.
  • Leading month-end reconciliation and providing reporting to Accounting on accurately entered orders.
Requirements:
  • Full-time US-based hours availability.
  • Automations expertise, specifically in Zapier, Make, and N8N.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a customer-facing role.
  • Elite organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented thinking with experience defining and implementing scalable processes.
  • Order processing experience, including EDI, B2B, and manual orders, as well as ERP system proficiency.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Able to thrive in a fully remote work environment under minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an unrelenting desire to provide world-class service.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a killer instinct mentality.
