Strategic Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Marketing Leader to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute long-term marketing plans aligned with our business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Social Media Strategy:
  • Design and execute a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Email Marketing Excellence:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Website Optimisation:
  • Oversee the management and optimization of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
  • Regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
SEO Strategy:
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, and minimum 5 years of experience in marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices is essential. Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to think strategically and creatively, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
