Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Officer at Manila Kitchens. As a Brand Officer, you will be responsible for conducting various day-to-day tasks including managing company communication channels (social media pages, website, etc), market research, sales activities, project management, and managing marketing initiatives, etc. You will work closely with internal and external partners in developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns and marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and assist with company projects.
- Manage company communication channels, including social media platforms, the website, email newsletters, and other digital assets.
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Generate and nurture leads through targeted outreach, content marketing, and client engagement initiatives.
- Support brand and product marketing efforts through market research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing collateral, promotional materials, and sales support tools.
- Manage marketing-related projects from planning through execution.
- Monitor marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to various company initiatives and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.
