A highly experienced and skilled professional is required to drive client retention and expansion for a scaling business. This role offers the opportunity to own complete customer lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion.

- Partner with senior leadership and integrated revenue teams to align on strategy and progression
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals
- Comfortable presenting to business owners and senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset
