NetSuite Configuration Specialist

The role of NetSuite Support Administrator is to manage and resolve internal NetSuite support requests, as well as assist in ongoing NetSuite projects. This includes hands-on configuration, report generation, process review, and workflow setup, along with contributing to larger development and integration projects.
This involves triaging and addressing NetSuite support tickets, designing and optimizing processes, working with stakeholders, and scoping development needs. The administrator will also document current and new NetSuite configurations and workflows, collaborate with the NetSuite team and other business departments to enhance system strategy and functionality, and liaise with third-party developers and stakeholders.
A strong understanding of SuiteScript and other programming languages is beneficial for this role.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NetSuite administration and support, including workflow setup, form and field customization, business process mapping, report writing, saved searches, KPI reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Understanding of finance processes, such as order to cash and record to report.
- SuiteScript proficiency is a plus.
