Job Summary

An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Data Configuration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations. Ensure accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.
  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems, whilst communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform. Work across the Implementations team helping us provide a mix of paid and unpaid services to customers.
  • Work alongside our Implementation Consultants and customer support team, with the opportunity to learn and grow within our start-up culture.
  • Support the end-to-end Implementation service by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and security.
  • Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include Salesforce and Asana.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, following all relevant procedures and standard operating procedures as laid out by your manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
