The Role of an Invoice Support Specialist

About the Job
  • We seek a highly organized individual to handle invoice printing, administration tasks, and delivery to local and international customers/partners.
  • This role requires someone who can monitor and fix digital invoice and attachment issues.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting error reports in edoc-cockpit, following up on necessary emails and documents, dispatching FinDirect tickets, and providing first-level support.
  • Additionally, this person will correct tax-related billing issues, send pending lists of rejected CMS cases to stakeholders on a weekly basis, check billable items, and issue invoices.
  • Responsibilities also include supporting clean-up activities, mass transactions, and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with strong follow-up skills.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethics.
