Construction Project Manager

As a seasoned construction project manager, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise in project management software and Microsoft Office 365 will facilitate task management and reporting.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. You will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments, is highly valued. Additionally, your proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and civil plans will enable you to effectively manage projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and budgets.
  • Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials.
  • Monitor and report on project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of construction or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
