Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects in residential construction.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking bulk measurement of all internal works to establish accurate baseline quantities.
  • In addition, they will manage ongoing cost tracking and variation assessments as apartment configurations and designs change.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality quantity surveys and cost estimates for residential construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure accurate baseline quantities and ongoing cost tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Significant experience in Australian construction and quantity surveying/estimation for residential projects.
  • Expertise in estimating software such as CostX / Bluebeam / Planswift.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
