Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Operations Leader to oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for construction processes and quality assurance
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred)
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations
