As a seasoned risk professional, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Risk Team, focusing on strategic risk management initiatives that tackle climate change, anti-democracy, and dis/misinformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide actionable risk guidance and feedback to internal teams and partners on campaign materials/direction, with a focus on compliance and safety risks.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager and Executive teams to determine the appropriate escalation path for high-risk activities.
  • Support teams in identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks during project planning and implementation, addressing risk issues, and developing response plans.
  • Review policies and procedures to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, operationalising and supporting internal governance processes related to managing campaign risks.
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability through targeted training, education, and risk management consultative support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in campaigns and risk management, ideally within an international organisation or a global entity.
  • Strong cross-cultural experience and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an asynchronous environment.
  • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and flexibility to adapt these skills to suit the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A genuine passion for addressing climate change and commitment to working in a high-trust global community of peers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and wide-ranging work environment, leveraging tools like Zoom, Slack, and email.
