Product Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing the development and launch of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with strategic goals. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and drive accountability.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product sprints and workflow management processes
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage team capacity and resources, ensuring effective delivery of products
  • Communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and sprint planning
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and remove blockers
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing capacity
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Initiative-taker and independent worker
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with global teams
