Junior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Junior AI Engineer to support users of our cutting-edge agentic platform. This innovative platform acts as a virtual Chief Technology Officer and developer, transforming project briefs, mockups or screenshots into fully functional applications.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about both hands-on coding and user support, and eager to grow in a modern AI-first product environment.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues related to the AI agentic development platform.
  • Provide technical assistance to users building full-stack applications (React frontend + Python/FastAPI backend).
  • Reproduce bugs, analyze stack traces and identify possible root causes.
  • Research and understand technical problems encountered by non-technical users.
  • Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and improve the user experience.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience with React.js in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript development environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and occasional holidays on rotation.
  • Willingness to participate in emergency office visits.
  • Comfortable using tools like Git terminal browser dev tools etc.
