The Role of Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Commercial Client Services

In this pivotal position, you will oversee the efficient operation of commercial client services.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of professionals to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of associates in order to achieve business objectives.

  • Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 18 months' experience in a call center operations environment.

  • Proven leadership skills, including team coaching and collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
