Financial Professional Wanted

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Financial Professional to manage day-to-day financial tasks, process invoices and expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile accounts, process invoices, manage expenses, and handle general ledger entries in cloud-based accounting software.
  • Capture, code, and file supplier receipts and invoices; ensure digital documents are organized and audit-ready.
  • Process and track accounts payable and receivable; prepare supplier payments and chase incoming payments as needed.
  • Support accurate job costing: allocate materials, labour, and overhead to relevant projects.
  • Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Prepare monthly management reports: P&L, cash-flow statements, project cost summaries.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in financial management using cloud-based accounting software.
  • Proficiency with receipt-capturing tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows: invoicing, reconciliation, tracking expenses, and job costing.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in both financial and administrative tasks.
