Job Opportunity: HR Associate

About the Role

The position of HR Associate is open to part-time candidates who can work from home and are self-motivated to source top talent. As a commission-based employee, you will be responsible for supporting the hiring process, job postings, and editing.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support applicants by sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop, organize, and meet talent needs
  • Ensure timely delivery of CVs to Hiring Managers from Monday to Friday
Requirements:
  • Senior High School diploma or equivalent
  • No experience required; willingness to be trained
  • Possession of own laptop or gadgets to support sourcing and filtering
  • Proficiency in MS Software and Canva
